Great Gazpacho

6 tomatoes, peeled & chopped or (3) 14.5 oz cans of chopped tomatoes
· 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
· 1 Cucumber, peeled & finely chopped
· 1 Sweet pepper, seeded & chopped
· 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
· 2 teaspoons chopped chives
· 1 clove garlic, chopped
· 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
· 1/3 cup olive oil
· 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
· 2 teaspoons sugar
· 3 teaspoons fresh green onion
· 4 cups tomato juice
· 2 small jalapeno seeded & finely chopped
· Sea salt & Fresh ground pepper to taste
· 1/4 cup HeadStoneHeatMexican AfterShock Hot Sauce
· 1/4 cup HeadStoneHeatTequila Lime Hot Sauce

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender. Refrigerate up to two hours for flavors to develop. Always…taste as you go.
