Saucy Soiree to raise Awareness and Funds for Homespace; Working to Change Two Generations at a Time

Buffalo, New York

HeadStone Heat is hosting a Saucy Soiree Hot Sauce Tasting on Wednesday, December 12th at Nietzsche’s, 248 Allen Street, in an effort to bring attention to Homespace. The festivities begin at 7:00pm. The suggested door donation is $5.00 and will go directly to Homespace. Bringing an unwrapped gift for a child ages new born to 5 years old is greatly encouraged.

The evening will include live musical & stage entertainment. Hors D’oeuvres will be passed from 7:30 9:30pm. HeadStone Heat hot sauce will be on hand for sale and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Homespace.

Within the Homespace programs, pregnant or parenting youths who are between the ages of 14-21 years are taught life skills. Affirmative movement toward education, career, health, character development and raising responsible, healthy children are direct goals youths are guided toward. The youths are expected to be employed or in school while working toward goals of long term employment and stability.

“Homespace is truly an unsung hero! Learn about their great programs while donating a few bucks, bring a gift for a child, eat great food & be entertained at the same time. Western New York is fortunate to have Homespace & their amazing staff in our own back yard,” said Valerie Meli, owner of HeadStone Heat.
